Your appointment is finalized only after our clinic receptionist communicates with you via telephone or WhatsApp to confirm time and practitioner availability.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an existing appointment, please notify our front desk via phone or WhatsApp at least 4 hours in advance so another patient in need may utilize that clinical time slot.
